• Not a Healthcare Provider: We are NOT a medical institution. Any medical interaction happens directly between the doctor and the patient.
• No Emergency Services: This app is NOT for medical emergencies. In case of urgency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

We adhere to the Principle of Minimum Scope, collecting only the essential information required to provide our services. The types of data collected depend on your role:

For Patients:

• Personal Identification: Full name and age (to ensure age-appropriate care).
• Contact Information: Phone number (for appointment coordination).
• Medical Requirements: Specific health concerns shared voluntarily during booking.
• Transaction Records: Fee slip images uploaded for verification.

For Doctors:

• Professional Identity: Full name, specialty, and PMDC registration number.
• Contact Details: Email and phone number.
• Practice Information: Years of experience, clinic timings, and consultation fees.

2. How We Use Your Information (Service Limit)

Tabeeb is purely an Appointment Booking Facilitator. We use the collected information ONLY for:

• Booking Coordination: Connecting patients with verified doctors for scheduling purposes.
• Identity Verification: Ensuring healthcare providers are PMDC verified.
• Strict Limit: Tabeeb does NOT use your data for medical diagnosis or clinical advice. We are not a medical service provider.

3. Data Storage, Security, and Encryption

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud services (Firebase and Cloudinary). All data transmissions are protected using SSL/TLS encryption to prevent unauthorized access.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Tabeeb does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately for data removal.
